Serving clients in Singapore

I serve clients in Singapore with AI automation, websites and SEO, automated marketplace selling, PR and press, and shoot production. My photo and video business, Bachmeijer, is based at 12 Woodlands Sq, Singapore 737715, and works on real estate photography and video on both sides of the Causeway.

Why Singapore businesses automate

Singapore businesses compete on responsiveness. Customers expect a reply within minutes, by WhatsApp, email or phone, and labour is expensive, so small teams cannot staff every channel all day. That makes Singapore one of the clearest cases for AI that answers email in a human voice, picks up phone calls and books meetings straight into the calendar. Government programmes have also pushed SMEs towards digital tools for years, so many owners are already comfortable with software; what they lack is the time to connect it into something that runs on its own.

How my services apply here

  • AI email automation: human-sounding replies, key details texted to you, meetings booked directly. Read my PDPA-aware setup guide.
  • AI phone agents: calls answered in English, with the option to handle callers who switch to Mandarin or Malay.
  • Websites and SEO automation: fast sites built to rank for how Singaporeans search, by estate and region, not just "Singapore".
  • Marketplace selling: automated listings and first replies on Carousell, Shopee and Lazada.
  • PR and press: finding the Singapore angle in a story and pitching it precisely in a compact, competitive media market.
  • Shoot production: small and large productions, including sets with more than 50 people, planned around permits, weather and venues.

Practical notes for Singapore

  • Data protection: the PDPA applies to the personal data your automations handle, including AI logs and call recordings, and the Do Not Call rules apply to marketing to Singapore numbers. See my privacy comparison.
  • Languages: English is the business language, but customers may write in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil, and Singlish is normal in chat. Decide which languages your automation should answer in.
  • Payments: PayNow is expected for many consumer services.
  • Cross-border: many businesses also serve Johor Bahru customers. See Johor Bahru and my cross-border guide.

Areas

Singapore is small, but its business districts are very different from each other. I have written notes for the areas where there is something genuinely local to say:

  • CBD and Raffles Place: professional services and regional headquarters.
  • Marina Bay: events, hospitality and flagship shoots.
  • Orchard: retail, beauty and lifestyle brands.
  • one-north: startups, deep tech and media.
  • Jurong: industry, SMEs and the growing western regional centre.
  • Woodlands: the northern gateway to Johor and home of Bachmeijer.
